Gary’s journey into claims management began at The National Flood School, where he trained in Fire & Flood Damage Restoration. His technical expertise—backed by BDMA and IICRC qualifications—set the foundation for a career dedicated to helping people through challenging insurance claims.

With over 15 years as a Loss Assessor, Gary has worked with leading insurers like RSA, AXA, and Zurich, and collaborated closely with CILA professionals. His ability to handle complex claims and secure fair outcomes has earned him a strong reputation in the industry.

Now a Company Director, Gary combines strategic leadership with hands-on client support. His passion for protecting policyholders remains at the heart of everything he does, ensuring each case is managed with care, integrity, and expert insight.

Simon brings decades of insurance experience, having worked across risk placement and property claims handling since starting as a clerk at South Essex Insurance Brokers. His career progressed through senior roles, including a pivotal position at Commercial Union Assurance, where he managed claims during the aftermath of the Great Storm of 1987.

He later spent eight years as a claims manager in the City of London, specialising in complex and high-value losses. For the past 13 years, Simon has worked as a loss assessor, applying his deep knowledge of the insurance and construction industries to deliver fair outcomes for policyholders. His hands-on experience in property restoration and project management adds further strength to his assessments.

Now a Director at Property Claim Assist, Simon plays a leading role in negotiating major property claims. A member of the Chartered Insurance Institute, the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters, and the Society of Claims Professionals, he remains committed to upholding the highest professional standards while protecting the interests of those he represents.

With nearly 25 years in the insurance industry, Tom has built a distinguished career as a Loss Adjuster, managing major household and commercial claims for many of the UK’s top insurers. His expertise spans complex claim management, supplier coordination, and client negotiation.

Driven by a passion to improve the policyholder experience, Tom transitioned from insurer-side work to client advocacy, where he could offer more personal support and ensure fairer outcomes. His deep understanding of policy wordings, combined with a people-first approach, sets him apart as a trusted expert in the field.

Now a Director at Property Claim Assist, Tom brings his wealth of experience and commitment to clarity, fairness, and results. A Diploma-level member of both the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters and the Chartered Insurance Institute, he continues to make the claims process smoother and more transparent for every client.
