Flash Floods Hit The UK

On May 9th, Somerset was hit with severe flash flooding which damaged properties and caused major disruptions in the affected areas. The flooding caused homes to be evacuated in North Cadbury, Queen Camel, and surrounding villages, and some roads were closed due to mudslides. The Environment Agency issued multiple flood warnings and alerts across the region.
